I think I’m meant to write one of those long ‘how I found my agent’ posts because I’m now officially represented by Caryn Wiseman of the Andrea Brown Literacy Agency!

I’m so excited to begin to work on my MG Historical Fiction (1978 Soviet Union Refuseniks) and know that I have found the perfect person to champion this story.

This week has been a series of ups and downs. There were the attacks on Israel and the sharp rise in antisemitism around the world.  Both things terrify me, but I’m more certain than ever that the world needs Jewish stories that place us in contexts outside of the I/P conflict and also stories that aren’t only focused on the Holocaust. There are so many stories that need to be told and I can’t wait to begin to shed some light on some of these histories.
